Everyone is made to feel welcome at Pilates Health Hub.
We offer mixed level classes suitable for all abilities. Our classes are small so that you receive personal tuition and guidance throughout. We also offer private one to one sessions.
Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise suitable for everyone to enjoy.
Our Pilates classes combine deep breathing with precise movements which are designed to lengthen, strengthen and balance the body to improve flexibility, joint mobility, core strength and muscle tone.
