Service Description
Thornton Methodist Church, 60 Victoria Road East, Thornton Cleveleys, FY5 5HQ 9:30am Tuesday morning Classes are 1 hour This class is gentle steady paced class ideal for those who are new to Pilates or just starting back. Pilates is a low-impact exercise suitable for everyone. It combines deep breathing with precise movements designed to lengthen, strengthen and balance the body to improve flexibility, joint mobility, core strength, muscle tone, coordination and balance. Everyone is made to feel welcome. You will receive personal tuition and guidance throughout the class. Choose between a single class (pay as you go) or a discounted block of 6 or 10 classes. £8.50 - pay as you go, single 1 hour class £50 - Pilates package (x6 classes) can be used to book onto any class £75 - Pilates package (x10 classes) can be used to book onto any class £35 - Private one to one Please contact Simone for more information 07793 622686 What will I need? Pilates or yoga mat Water bottle Small towel (to support the head and lower back - optional) Please wear stretchy comfortable clothing.

Cancellation Policy
Please complete and submit our physical activity readiness questionnaire prior to attending your first session https://www.pilateshealthhub.com/physical-activity-readiness-questio All class bookings can be managed by logging in via the website or app up to 24 hours prior to the class time. Class bookings cannot be cancelled or rescheduled if within 24 hours of the allocated class time. Please note: if your class is part of a course, for example "An introduction to Pilates" then these classes cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. Private one to one sessions can be cancelled or rearranged up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Please call 07793 622686 to cancel or rearrange. Last minute cancellations less than 24 hours before, are charged at £20.
